I've always liked to take care of myself, pamper myself and cuddle myself, that's why I've tried various creams and treatments, which yes, as they say, have improved the appearance of my skin; however, there is something that really hooked me, that was the complex B, especially the niacin o vitamin B3, el pantothenic acid o Vitamin B5 and the pyroxidine o Vitamin B5, which are necessary for the normal functioning of our body's fats and sugars, as well as to keep our cells healthy.

It has been shown that these vitamins, in high doses, mainly the pyroxidine, has obtained very good results. Acid pantothenic It is the nutrient that prevents the formation of blackheads and we can find it in some foods, for example, whole grains, green leafy vegetables, etc. The doctors recommend take a supplement of Niacin (20 mg) daily. Other vitamins that are also necessary to maintain the health of our skin are the Vitamin A (in normal quantities), zinc, Vitamin C, D y E.

Regular consumption of complex B protects us against toxins and pollutants, which makes our skin more resistant and looks healthy every day.
