Take care of your skin with vitamin B

9 October, 2019

On this occasion I am going to talk about a topic that I love, the theme of skin and vitamin B. I know how important it is for us to look healthy and radiant skin. The environment, the hormonal changes, the Stress, a bad diet, etc. They are factors that can damage it and sometimes do not allow it to look like we would like.

How many times have we seen pictures of actresses who have really beautiful and enviable skin, so we wonder how do they manage to keep it that way?

I'm going to tell you a secret

I've always liked to take care of myself, pamper myself and cuddle myself, that's why I've tried various creams and treatments, which yes, as they say, have improved the appearance of my skin; however, there is something that really hooked me, that was the complex B, especially the niacin o vitamin B3, el pantothenic acid o Vitamin B5 and the pyroxidine o Vitamin B5, which are necessary for the normal functioning of our body's fats and sugars, as well as to keep our cells healthy.

It has been shown that these vitamins, in high doses, mainly the pyroxidine, has obtained very good results. Acid pantothenic It is the nutrient that prevents the formation of blackheads and we can find it in some foods, for example, whole grains, green leafy vegetables, etc. The doctors recommend take a supplement of Niacin (20 mg) daily. Other vitamins that are also necessary to maintain the health of our skin are the Vitamin A (in normal quantities), zinc, Vitamin C, D y E.

Regular consumption of complex B protects us against toxins and pollutants, which makes our skin more resistant and looks healthy every day.

What are toxins? It's those little things that are in the air: poisonous substances that stick to our skin, imagine what harm they do to us!

Radiant skin with vitamin B

Do you want to have radiant skin? It includes in your daily diet this vitamin, which has among its many benefits the prevention of acne and the delay of premature aging, since it improves the elasticity of the skin.

Did you know that the skin is the largest organ in our body? Yes, besides the most visible, obviously, so it is essential to take care of it, why? It represents health for those who see us. A damaged skin makes us feel insecure, let's accept it, and, in many cases, frustrated.

Today we can see many treatments for the skin: injections, surgeries, creams. That is why we must do something that helps us from within, for example, consume Vitamin B every day, in the same way the other vitamins, which makes us show our best version abroad.

It is not that some of us were born with a privileged skin; Although genetics help, it is important to keep our skin hydrated, eat healthy, get enough sleep and, as I told you, consume Vitamin B every day, the one that helps us to have the skin we always want.

To me it has worked!

Take it every day, mainly in the morning. All you need is exercise, balanced diet, hydration and a good attitude towards life.
